We are accepting new graduate applications for 2025.

Application Guidelines

On April 1, 2024, CAST Co., Ltd. is merged with Hokkaido Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., which is a parent company. The application requirements are the information after the merger.

Recruitment flow

  1. 1.Application
    After applying through Mynavi 2025, applicants must mail an application form and academic transcript
  2. 2.Document screening
    Applicants will be screened based on their application documents.
  3. 3.First-round interview
    In-person interviews will be conducted with on-site personnel. Depending on the position, an interview in English (to check English speaking level) may also be conducted.
  4. 4.Aptitude test
    An aptitude test will be given to those who pass the first-round interview.
  5. 5.Interview with officers
    An in-person interview with one of our officers will be conducted.
  6. 6.Unofficial offer
    After confirming your intention to join the company, you will receive a written offer of employment.

Open Positions
Information services (customer service at airport information desks, assistance with accommodation and travel insurance, answering phones, making announcements, etc.)
Application Requirements
  • Must be scheduled to graduate from a university, graduate school, junior college, or vocational school in March 2025
  • Must have graduated from a university, junior college, or vocational school less than 3 years ago, and have no employment history
  • Must be able to live in our company dormitory or the vicinity of New Chitose Airport (Chitose, Eniwa, Tomakomai) and commute during hours when public transportation is not in operation
  • Must be able to converse in English on a basic, everyday level

Shifts between 6:45 AM and 11:30 PM, 7 hours and 30 minutes per shift (with a 1-hour break)

¥200,000
Junior college/Vocational school graduates:
¥191,000
Raises/Bonuses

Ground Handling Services

Passenger handling service

Open Positions
Passenger-handling (boarding procedures at airline check-in counters, baggage check-in, boarding gate ticket processing, assistance at arrivals area, etc.)
Application Requirements
  • Must be scheduled to graduate from a university, graduate school, junior college, or vocational school in March 2025

Ramp Handling service

Open Positions
①Ramp-handling (baggage loading/unloading, cabin cleaning, aircraft taxiing, aircraft pushback, etc.)
②Operation Support Service(preparation of loading plans and loading instructions, flight operational adjustments)
③Aircraft Maintenance Support Service (aircraft mechanic service(maintenance assistance), storage of spare aircraft parts, interphones)
