On April 1, 2024, CAST Co., Ltd. is merged with Hokkaido Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., which is a parent company. The application requirements are the information after the merger.

Recruitment flow

- 1.Application
- After applying through Mynavi 2026, applicants must mail an application form.

- 2.Document screening
- Applicants will be screened based on their application documents.

- 3.First-round interview
- Interviews will be conducted online with on-site staff members.

- 4.Aptitude test
- An aptitude test will be given to those who pass the first-round interview.

- 5.Interview with officers
- An in-person interview with one of our officers will be conducted.

- 6.Unofficial offer
- After confirming your intention to join the company, you will receive a written offer of employment.

- Information services (customer service at airport information desks, assistance with accommodation and travel insurance, answering phones, making announcements, etc.)
- Application Requirements

- Must be scheduled to graduate from a university, graduate school, junior college, or vocational school in March 2026
- Must have graduated from a university, junior college, or vocational school less than 3 years ago, and have no employment history
- Must be able to live in our company dormitory or the vicinity of New Chitose Airport (Chitose, Eniwa, Tomakomai) and commute during hours when public transportation is not in operation
- Applicants should be open to learning new languages (basic conversational skills in English are a plus).
- Foreign applicants must have a JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N1 level or equivalent.

- Shifts between 6:45 AM and 11:30 PM, 7 hours and 30 minutes per shift (with a 1-hour break)

Passenger handling service
- Open Positions
- Passenger-handling (boarding procedures at airline check-in counters, baggage check-in, boarding gate ticket processing, assistance at arrivals area, etc.)
- Application Requirements

- Open Positions
- ①Ramp Handling Operations (baggage loading/unloading, cabin cleaning, aircraft taxiing, aircraft pushback, etc.)
②Operation Support Service(preparation of loading plans and loading instructions, flight operational adjustments)
③Aircraft Maintenance Support Service (aircraft mechanic service(maintenance assistance), storage of spare aircraft parts, interphones)
